Return & Refund Policy

At Zayanne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This page details the conditions applicable to our returns and refunds.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)


In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.


Conditions for exercising this right:

  • The product must not have been worn, washed or used.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Exceptions – Sealed products and hygiene


For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, even under the right of withdrawal.


This includes, in particular:

  • Hijabs, bonnets or hair accessories, when they have been unpacked or tried on.


Any item whose seal has been broken or opened cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

3. Extended return policy (up to 60 days)


We offer a voluntary return policy of up to 60 days after receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product has not been worn or unsealed.

  • The item is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Handling and restocking fees may apply depending on the nature of the return.


Once the return is validated, we will proceed with the refund or issue a credit note, depending on the method chosen.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at support@zayanne.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will send you a prepaid return label by email. Its cost will be deducted from the refund or credit.

  3. Once the package has been returned and inspected, we will keep you informed of the processing (refund or credit).

5. Return address


The return address is not provided directly. It depends on our logistics center and is shown on the return slip that you will receive by email.
