These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the website www.zayanne.com between:

And the customer: any individual making a purchase on the website www.zayanne.com.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by Zayanne.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website www.zayanne.com. Each product page includes a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
Zayanne reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
Prices do not include any delivery charges, which are billed separately and specified before order confirmation.
4. Order
The customer selects the products and validates their basket after having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Any order placed constitutes full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Zayanne reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, prior dispute or failure to pay.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
It can be done by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay via secure providers.
Zayanne does not store any banking data.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after processing.
The average delivery time is estimated to be between 6 and 10 working days after dispatch.
Zayanne cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or external circumstances.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
Terms :

The product must not have been used, worn or washed.

It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Exceptions – Hygiene products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery .
This includes, in particular:

Hijabs
-
Beanies
-
Hair accessories
Any product whose seal has been opened or torn cannot be returned or refunded .
9. Extended return policy (up to 60 days)
Outside of the legal time limit, Zayanne offers a voluntary return policy of up to 60 days after receipt .
Terms :

Product unworn, unwashed, unopened.

Original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handling or restocking fees may apply.
Zayanne reserves the right to refund or issue a credit note, as appropriate.
10. Reimbursement
The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Zayanne may refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
11. Guarantees
The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
12. Responsibility
Zayanne cannot be held responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages, misuse of the product or temporary inability to access the site.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, visuals, trademarks, logos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
14. Personal data
Zayanne collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
